Easter Ham, Bone-In with Cider Glaze $17/lb
Pork that we use to make our bone-in Easter hams comes from Rancho Llano Seco, brined & roasted in-house (not smoked) and includes our delicious cider glaze. They are bone-in and fully cooked, so simply glaze the ham and reheat in your oven before serving. (Get Step by step instructions here). Both whole hams (~16 lbs.) and half hams (~8 lbs.) are available.
We collect a $50 deposit now and you'll pay the remaining balance upon pick up. Pick up days are Thursday 3/29, Friday 3/30 or Saturday 3/31. On the checkout page, please let us know which day you'd like to pick up your order.
