Easter Ham, Bone-In with Cider Glaze $17/lb
Pork for our Easter hams is coming from Rancho Llano Seco, brined & roasted in-house (not smoked) and includes our delicious cider glaze. They are bone-in and fully cooked, so simply glaze the ham and reheat in your oven before serving. (Get Step by step instructions here). Whole hams (~16 lbs.) and half hams (~8 lbs.) are available.
We collect a $50 deposit now and you'll pay the remaining balance upon pick up. Pick up days are Thursday 4/13, Friday 4/14 or Saturday 4/15. On the checkout page, please let us know which day you'd like to pick up your order.
